Complaints and takedown requests

Patterns belong to their makers. We respect their work and respond to requests quickly.

Who can contact us

• A pattern's maker or their representative — to remove a pattern, replace the download with a link to their shop or fix the description.
• Any visitor — to report a paid pattern available for free, a wrong maker credit or inappropriate content.

What to include

• Links to the pattern pages on our site.
• Who you are and how you are related to the pattern. Makers: a link to your channel, shop or profile that confirms authorship.
• What you want: remove the page, remove the files and keep a link to your shop, or fix the maker and description.

Address: the contact address will be published soon. Please put “Takedown” or “Report” in the subject.

Timing and what happens next

• We confirm receipt within 3 business days.
• At a maker's request we take files down within 7 days, usually sooner.
• If authorship is reasonably in doubt, we may ask for confirmation.
• Files are deleted from storage. The pattern page is either removed or kept with the maker's name and a link to their shop — your choice.

If you disagree

If a pattern was removed by mistake — for example, it is yours and you share it for free — write to the same address and we will review the decision.
